I was updated regularly a very prompt service with brilliant messages informing me that my parcel was on its way and not leaving that information to the courier company. Then I got more updates on how important it was to follow the user guide because it was a technical piece of equipment and they wanted me not to make and errors.I also got a message with phone contact not to hesitate with any questions. Getting a human and their phone numbers nowadays is a huge yes yes yes

just the top of the range very impressed by it been in whippet racing for a long time ,this machine will put the final polish on the whippets .very helpful and always prompt to answer any questions.

Fantastic fun for my dogs who are not typical sight hounds. It was easy to set up, I watched the videos they have to make sure. Had a couple of trial runs and then the fun began. Very helpful from the first enquiry to the purchase to the delivery.
